75pka Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 75pka website, registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the platform — including the sports betting section, casino games, slots, live casino and mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use 75pka. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The current version is always available at this page and the date at the top indicates when it was last updated.

02. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 75pka you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of any organisation or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law that directly applies to your use.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 75pka.
• The information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth and contact details — is accurate and belongs to you.

75pka reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03. Account Rules

Each person may hold only one account on 75pka. This rule exists to protect the fairness of the platform for all players and to prevent abuse of promotions and bonuses.

• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited — any additional accounts found will be closed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow another person to use your account.
• Your login password must be kept confidential. 75pka staff will never ask for your password.
• You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.
• Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy as outlined in the relevant section of your account settings.

04. Deposits & Payments

75pka accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR — no currency conversion applies.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — from someone else's JazzCash, bank account or any other source — are not accepted.
• 75pka does not charge a deposit fee. Your balance is credited with the full PKR amount deposited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited once the transaction is confirmed by the payment network, which is typically instant for mobile wallets.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all verified accounts. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification is required. This is a one-time process that unlocks withdrawals permanently for your account.

• Withdrawals must go to a JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast-linked account or bank account registered in your own name.
• 75pka does not charge a withdrawal fee. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown per method in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP accounts carry higher limits.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from a bonus are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Processing times are typically same business day for mobile wallet withdrawals and one to two business days for bank transfers.

75pka reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further verification checks if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, duplicate account usage or a breach of these terms.

06. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 75pka covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — football, Esports and other available markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it is submitted.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, subject to the specific market rules.
• 75pka reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed errors or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real time. Bets are accepted at the current odds at the exact moment of confirmation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed.

07. Casino & Slots

75pka's casino section includes slot machines, live dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show formats) and other casino-style games. All games are provided by certified third-party game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term averages and are not a guarantee of return on any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the hand or spin will be voided and any stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to the specific rules of the jackpot network as defined by the game provider.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. Connection quality on the player's side does not affect game outcome and is not grounds for dispute.

08. Bonuses & Promotions

75pka offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented when the offer is made, in addition to these general rules.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer specifies the minimum deposit, qualifying game types and time window applicable to that offer.
• One bonus per player per promotion. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes a breach of terms.
• 75pka reserves the right to remove a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value rather than genuine play.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion explicitly states that they can.

09. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75pka. Any account found engaging in these activities will be suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with balances forfeited.

• Using more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's payment method for deposits or receiving withdrawals to another person's account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or mis-priced odds knowingly.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for financial crime.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Registering an account if you have previously been self-excluded or banned from the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

75pka may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Confirmed use of prohibited software or collusion.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance arising from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited behaviour will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the verified source of the deposit.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 75pka support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period ends.

12. Limitation of Liability

75pka provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure service continuity, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• 75pka is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures or third-party network issues beyond the platform's control.
• The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Losses from betting or casino play are the sole responsibility of the player.
• 75pka does not guarantee that any game, sport or event will be available at any particular time.

13. Changes to These Terms

75pka may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account.

Continued use of the platform after an update has been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using 75pka and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
